Generally the grooms buttonhole is usually made in a colour and flower selected from the bride’s bouquet whereas the buttonholes for the groomsmen are made in a colour to compliment the bridesmaid’s bouquets. Traditionally, gent’s buttonholes are worn with the stem facing down on the left lapel.
The corsages for the ladies are usually made in a colour that compliments her outfit or again using a flower taken from the bride or bridesmaid’s arrangements. Traditionally, corsages are worn with the stem facing up on the right lapel. Wrist corsages are also available for the ladies to wear and this too is worn on the right wrist.
